Donations
The Cancer Support Center accepts donations of medical equipment, new or used, in servicable condition, and new medical supplies. Any type of usable sick-room equipment is also welcome. These type items are recycled directly to our clients.
Cash donations or checks are greatfully accepted and are used only for direct support of our clients, with no administration or overhead expenses being paid from cash donations. Checks should be made out to the Cancer Suport Center, Inc.
When we can not obtain donations of material needed by our clients, we acquire required items with the proceeds from our Wizdom Thrift Store on Gentry Way in Reno. Donations of salable clothing, housewares, and other goods are accepted at Wizdom Thrift Store whenever the store is open.
